Globacom Wins 2023 most popular brand in Nigeria

Leading digital services provider, Globacom, has been announced winner of 2023 most popular brand in Nigeria, organized by TOP 50 BRAND NIGERIA.
Lovetvnews Nigeria reports that the Chief Executive Officer of the organisation, Mr. Taiwo Oluboyede, said Globacom emerged “Nigeria’s Most Popular Brand” in a Top of Mind (TOM) Survey conducted by the brand and marketing firm as part of its comprehensive 2023 Top Brands perception assessment.
Oluboyede said that the Chief Marketing Officers and Heads of Corporate Communications of major companies across the country were the respondents in the survey and that they were asked to mention10 brands that came to their mind or that they could easily recall.
This online news medium learnt that he explained that, “This annual top brand evaluation provides a qualitative, non-financial assessment of the value of leading corporate brands in the country. It gauges consumers’ perceptions of brands and their impact on overall brand strength, using the Brand Strength Measurement (BSM) index—a model designed to assess a brand’s ability to deliver on its promises from the consumer’s perspective”.
Globacom which will mark its 20th Anniversary on August, 29 has contributed immensely to the nation’s telecommunication industry. It has pioneered several innovations and has also been at the forefront of Nigeria’s digital revolution. Some of the key areas of focus by the company include E-Health, Smart Cognitive Learning, Smart Energy, Industrial IoT, and Cloud Applications—offering secured and specialized IT solutions.
With 61 million subscribers on its network, Globacom which is also reputed for churning out unique and engaging marketing communication materials is set for another decade of delightful telecoms services.
