President Buhari To Commission $16bn Dangote Refinery On May 22nd

President Muhammadu Buhari will be in Lagos on the 22nd of May, 2023 to commission the $16bn Dangote Oil Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE,

Lovetvnews Nigeria reports that according to a top official of the Dangote Group, the Dangote Refinery commissioning which was initially billed for commissioning in January 2023 when Mr. President commissioned the $1.5bn Lekki Deep seaport and some other Lagos State Government legacy projects, is now scheduled for May 22, one week before the incumbent President hands over power to the nation’s President-Elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“Mr. President will be in Lagos on the 22nd of May 2023 to officially commission the $16bn Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE,” a top official of Dangote Group has said.
